Web Design: Steps of Design

By Sandra Bermond

It is undeniable that our world is run by technology, and this includes the way we create and cultivate relationships with shops, services and anything else that may interest us. In a lot of cases that contact is done through a website.
In this class, we will talk about the differences between User Experience and User Interface, before looking at every step one must take in order to create a successful website. Finally, following those steps, we will all start designing a simple website (a blog or portfolio).

Web Accessibility

Joel Crawford-Smith

The goal of a website is to be found and used, but to do that, it must be accessible. Depending on the type of website, accessibility rules may be mandatory, but even if you are only planning on creating a cat blog for you and your family, accessibility should be on your mind.
