Add Video Effects with After Effects

Come to this class to get an overview of After Effects and add some video effects to a video (yours or the one provided).
This class will teach you the basics of video and GFX animation in After Effects.
This course will require you to use Adobe After Effects. Students may get Adobe Creative Cloud for free (staff at a discounted price) through Duke Software.
- Keyframing and image manipulation
- Students will understand basic editing principles and techniques digital video animation
- Adobe After Effects
- Laptop (windows or apple OS Premiere works with both)
- Adobe Illustrator Logo File
With over 20 years in video production and a decade of instructional experience at the collegiate level, J. Brandon Johnson has worked on instructional videos, music videos, and commercial productions from pre to post production. He currently is a multimedia producer at Duke University responsible for assisting in bringing instructional videos for faculty and staff online for mass consumption.
