Description

This project aims to create modular 3D printed pelvic teaching phantoms of patient anatomy in order to create teaching tools for the training of radiation oncology medical residents in the field of gynecological HDR brachytherapy that are both cheap and accessible. The modular pieces will represent the different stages of disease. Clipping them together will give us the ability to transform the patient's medical scenario presented and allow for more comprehensive training. We plan on using a combination of flexible and rigid printing materials to simulate skin and other organ tissues.
