Smart Water Bottle Cap for Cycling Training
Timeline
Status: Active
Description
The project involves the development of an innovative water bottle cap designed for cycling. This cap, which can be securely attached to standard cycling water bottles, features advanced technology to monitor and track the volume of liquid dispensed. The collected data is wirelessly transmitted to a cycling computer (e.g., Garmin, Wahoo), which then provides real-time notifications to the rider. These notifications help the rider manage their hydration and carbohydrate intake effectively, ensuring a consistent and optimal flow of nutrients. This regulated intake is expected to enhance training efficiency and improve performance during races.
