Description

Basic Tools is an app built using Electron containing everyday computing functionalities, such as mass image converting and renaming, that are not available to the everyday user. Built following minimal computing philosophies, this open-source and free app does not require user login, software licensing, internet connection, cloud storage, or use of AI tools or agents. The entire program is run completely locally. This way, it avoids accessibility issues that comes with the need for expensive software licenses or the need for internet connection as well as privacy or data security issues that comes with using cloud storage or integrating AI elements.
